The Department of Anatomy & Neurobiology at the University of California, Irvine periodically has openings for full-time positions in the Project Scientist Series.
Candidates must have a PhD or MD/PhD degree with demonstrated independent research showcasing original and creative contributions to a research project or program. Interdisciplinary skills and approaches with evidence of past research productivity, are preferred.
Positions are dependent upon the availability of extramural funding and laboratory needs. Initial appointments are for one year and renewal is based on availability of support. Rank and compensation will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
