Postdoctoral Fellow in Image Reconstruction • 2021 - 2022

A Postdoctoral position is available in the Department of Radiological Sciences at the University of California, Irvine (UCI) to support our effort in Imaging instrumentation development. The TRUE lab invites applications for a postdoctoral fellow position in novel medical imaging development. The TRUE lab focuses on the development of XACT, PAT, EAT, and other radiation induced acoustic emission for radiological imaging and treatment monitoring.

Also the lab is part of Beckman Laser Institute and Medical Clinic and Chao Family Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Requirements: (Image reconstruction): Candidates with a recent Ph.D. or an equivalent degree who have a strong background in 3D image reconstruction, limited view reconstruction, and GPU‐accelerated regularized iterative reconstruction are highly encouraged to apply.
