The UCI Interdisciplinary Center for the Scientific Study of Ethics and Morality is seeking applicants for specialists working as a Researcher/Project Coordinator. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in political science, ethics, philosophy or a related field.
The researcher will work under the supervision of the Director of the Ethics Center. The duties include conducting oral histories, organizing histories into an archive, editing and proofreading materials, communicating with donors and prospective research interns, collecting and digitizing data, coordinating and helping manage the summer research internship program, overlooking the Center’s website and blog, and assisting in grant proposal submissions.
These part-time positions are based on an hourly wage of $29.84 and the appointment will last between three months to a year. Estimated 5 hours of work per week.
