SPECIALISTS SERIES - Open Ranks – School of Law
The School of Law at UC Irvine anticipates openings for non-tenured appointments in the Specialist Series. Please visit the website below for information on some of the faculty members who may sponsor the appointments: https://www.law.uci.edu/faculty/
Desired: B.S., M.S., or Ph.D, J.D. Positions are dependent on extramural funding and research contracts of individual Principal Investigators. The positions may be full or part-time and may be without salary. Dependent upon extramural funding, salary is commensurate with degree and experience. Initial appointments are for one year and renewal is based on availability of support and need.
Applicants must submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, statement of research, and names and contact information of three references (please do not solicit letters). Also required is a statement addressing how past and/or potential contributions to inclusive excellence will advance UCI's Commitment to Inclusive Excellence.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess a B.S. degree in the field of law, or similar field for the Junior Specialist rank; or an advance degree in these fields for the Assistant, Associate, and Full Specialist rank.
