The Department of Anesthesiology & Perioperative Care at the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine, is offering this academic appointment as Health Sciences Clinical Instructor in conjunction with our one-year Fellowship programs.
These Fellowship programs are designed to provide extensive clinical training as well as opportunities for teaching and research in patient safety, quality improvement, quality monitoring, quality reporting and metrics through innovative rotations that can include Acute Pain Management, Regional Anesthesia, Simulation Medicine, and Obstetric Anesthesiology.

The minimum qualifications required to be considered for these Fellowship positions are the following:
- Candidate must complete an ACGME accredited Anesthesia residency program prior to start date of Fellowship program.
- Candidate must obtain a California DEA and medical license prior to start date of Fellowship program.
- Candidate must be board-certified or board-eligible for certification in Anesthesiology.
