We especially encourage applications from those who will contribute to our strategy of leadership in the digital age and to inclusive excellence. The UCI Paul Merage School of Business is interested in attracting applications from individuals who embody two core strategic interests. First, the goal of the Merage School is to be a world-class institution in the development of leaders who employ their understanding of business, entrepreneurship and technology to enhance the economic and social well-being of their communities. This goal is summarized in our tagline “Leadership for a Digitally Driven World”. Thus, our aim at the Merage School is to transform the business landscape by enhancing the representation of all communities in business and entrepreneurial activities. We are looking for candidates who share an interest in these two domains and are driven to conduct research, teaching and external engagement to ensure their execution.
We are seeking individuals to lead academic research efforts as well as direct community outreach in these areas and be actively involved in the School’s efforts to support student-centered programming. Teaching responsibilities include core and elective courses. The School is committed to research and scholarship with teaching responsibilities in Ph.D., Masters and Undergraduate Programs. Salary will be commensurate with prior performance and experience.
New hires will join a dynamic business school located in the heart of Orange County’s thriving business community.
