Position description

The Department of Computer Science in the Donald Bren School of Information and Computer Sciences anticipates openings for non-tenured appointments in the Project Scientist Series. The candidate for a title in this series must have earned a doctoral degree or its equivalent in an area related to Computer Science. Applicants must have a proven track record of research. Positions are dependent on extramural funding and research contracts of individual Principal Investigators.

The positions may be full or part-time. Salary is commensurate with degree and experience. Initial appointments are for one year and renewal is based on availability of support and need.

Doctoral degree (e.g. Ph.D.) or the foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
