Position description

The Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences in the School of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of California, Irvine, is recruiting for a full-time Specialist series academic to support research projects in the Brian Paegel lab. We are seeking a candidate who will perform routine peptide and small molecule solid-phase synthesis. As the candidate grows, they will become involved in and drive combinatorial DNA-encoded library synthesis and the development of novel chemistries to enable these pursuits.

This appointment is for a period of one year with the possibility of renewal. This position is eligible for benefits.
