Position description
The position will involve developing original research in the area of modeling the flows of recycled commodities in California using different modes with an emphasis on (but not limited to) truck activity, coupling these flows with life cycle analysis (LCA), and modeling the impacts of various recycling policies.
Responsibilities will include publishing academic papers in peer-reviewed journals and presenting at research conferences, preparing research reports, supervising graduate and undergraduate student researchers.

Qualifications
PhD degree in transportation system engineering, or a closely related field, from an accredited university.
