Position description
The University of California, Irvine invites applications for Postdoctoral Researcher positions in theoretical particle physics or astroparticle physics beginning in October 2023. The theory group at UC Irvine has research interests in astroparticle physics, beyond standard model physics, collider physics, cosmology, neutrino physics, and quantum gravity. Faculty members include Kevork Abazajian, Mu-Chun Chen, Jonathan Feng, Manoj Kaplinghat, Shirley Li, Arvind Rajaraman, Michael Ratz, Yuri Shirman, and Tim Tait. The group is complemented by large and diverse experimental particle physics and astrophysics groups; see http://theory.physics.uci.edu for additional information.
The successful applicant(s) will have a Ph.D. degree or equivalent; salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
