Lecturer, Electrical Engineering
Position description
The Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science has occasional need for temporary Lecturers in the area of engineering documentation and presentation skills, including supervision of written comprehensive project reports. The position includes following prescribed campus writing curriculum guidelines and course learning objectives set forth by the department, preparation and presentation of lecture material based on the course syllabus; developing writing exercises and guidelines for in-class participation; reading, editing, and grading of student research papers, quizzes and tests, and assisting students with the preparation of their research papers for submission to research-based publications. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field, by the time of employment.
