Position: HS Clinical Professor Series

Due to sectional growth, the department of Radiological Sciences, University of California Irvine, is seeking qualified candidates at Assistant Professor of Clinical, Associate Professor of Clinical, HS Clinical Professor level, for a full-time abdominal imaging faculty position. Expertise in all aspects of abdominal imaging including multiparametric prostate MRI and image-guided biopsy is desired.

Requirements - The applicant must be fellowship trained in Abdominal Imaging and have a documented interest in teaching and clinical/basic sciences research. Candidates must be board-certified in diagnostic radiology and be licensed or be eligible for licensure in the State of California.

The University of California, Irvine Medical Center is located in Orange, California and is the only level I trauma center in the region. The department performs over 220,000 examinations per year and has 40 full-time and part time faculty. All equipment is state of the art. The department has active multidisciplinary collaboration with other departments.The UC Irvine Medical Center is a 450-bed acute care and tertiary referral facility. Protected research time and research support is available.
