Position description

The Department of Neurology at the University of California, Irvine anticipates openings for Assistant, Associate and full Project Scientists in the following fields: General Neurology, Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia, Epilepsy and Clinical Neurophysiology, Movement Disorders, Multiple Sclerosis, Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology, Neuromuscular Disease, Neuro-Oncology, Neuro-Ophthalmology, Neuro-Otology, Clinical Neuropsychology, Pain Management and Stroke.

Position description and qualifications - Applications are being sought from candidates with M.D. and/or Ph.D. degrees with strong research backgrounds, publication record and specialized training. Positions are dependent upon extramural funding. Rank will be determined based on qualifications and experience. Initial appointments are for one year and renewal is based on availability of support. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
