Assistant Adjunct Professor
Position description
The Department of Pharmacology at the University of California, Irvine (UCI) invites applications for a faculty position at the level of Assistant Adjunct Professor. We seek a scholar with a proven record of research accomplishments. He/She should have specific interest in translational studies to examine the role of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors in addiction and disease processes. Special consideration will be given to candidates with expertise and experience in integrating genetic, anatomical, biochemical and physiological approaches. Other qualifications include an M.D. and /or Ph.D. and a strong drive to pursue a dynamic research program.
