The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative skills and an interest in applying engineering approaches to the study of biological systems. The second position is focused on the physiology and mechanics of the musculoskeletal system specifically examining how fundamental interactions between contractile and connective tissue structures affect performance. The ideal candidate will have a background in comparative biomechanics, biomaterials or muscle physiology.

The initial appointments are for one year with potential for renewal for two additional years. Salaries are competitive and commensurate with experience.
