The University of California General Pediatric Division is looking for a board certified or eligible General Pediatrician who would like to join our team, work in a multidisciplinary environment, and make a difference in the lives of children and families.
Our Division consists of ten General Pediatricians and we serve our communities at the Family Health Center in Santa Ana, Anaheim and Gottschalk Plaza located in Irvine, CA. We also see newborns at the UCI Health Newborn Nursery. We are seeking qualified individuals with a strong commitment to patient care, education, research, and community engagement. The faculty member will provide direct patient care and will be involved in teaching and community outreach.
Our clinical practice is located in Orange County, California, which is known for its 42 miles of coastline with such spectacular vistas that many proclaim it the 'California Riviera'. Boasting one of the best climates in the world, with sunshine 342 days per year and an average annual temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit, Orange County is known for some of the most diverse landscape imaginable and just an hour’s drive from both desert and mountains. Orange County also boasts of such world class attractions as Disneyland and Disney California Adventures, Knott’s Berry Farm, Mission San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Beach Pageant of the Masters, and some of the best shopping and dining in all of Southern California.
