Description

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of California, Irvine is recruiting for a non-tenured, academic term position in the Specialist Series to join the Perinatal Research Laboratory in the Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine.

Requirements: Candidates should hold a PhD degree with strong molecular and cellular biology research experience. Previous background in perinatal biology is a plus but not required. The ideal candidate should be a self-driven and a motivated researcher. Experience in translational research from the basic sciences to the clinical arena is preferred.

Positions are dependent on extramural funding. Rank will be determined based on qualifications and experience. Initial appointments are for one year and renewal will be dependent on the availability of support.
