Lecturer for Fall quarter 2018, Chemical Engineering and Materials Science
Position description
The Department of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science in The Samueli School of Engineering at UC Irvine has a need for a temporary lecturer to teach the course General Chemistry for Engineers. The selected candidate will have a PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field; professional/research experience in an engineering setting; demonstrated mentorship of undergraduates with diverse educational backgrounds; and relevant teaching experience in introductory engineering courses.
