The Department of Drama is establishing a search of qualified applicants for a position as part-time lecturer for the 2018-2019 academic year in the curriculum area of Musical Theatre Song & Dance.

The department seeks applicants who can teach dance styles and song audition technique. A BA in Drama/Theater Arts or Dance is required. Base salary commensurate with teaching experience.

Candidates for this position must have outstanding professional credits in musical theatre directing and/or choreography styles as well as a strong commitment to teaching, training, and working within the university.

Candidates must demonstrate a pedagogical and professional profile that is compatible with a distinguished undergraduate professional musical theatre degree program at a major research university. Candidates should have a demonstrated ability and commitment to work effectively with a diverse student population.
