Vascular and Interventional Radiology

Position: HS Clinical Professor Series (Assistant, Associate or Professor rank)

The University of California, Irvine School of Medicine, and Department of Radiological Sciences is seeking an Interventional Radiologist to join the Division of Vascular and Interventional Radiology in the HS Clinical Professor series, at the Assistant, Associate or Professor rank.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must have excellent clinical, technical and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to education, research and patient safety. Responsibilities include clinical service, teaching, and clinical research in a busy tertiary and quaternary care center with ACGME accredited IR residency programs (integrated and independent). Applicants must possess certification by the American Board of Radiology and be fellowship trained at an accredited Vascular and Interventional Radiology fellowship program. Certificate of Added Qualification in Vascular and Interventional Radiology and/or Interventional Radiology/Diagnostic Radiology certification or eligibility is required. Current California medical license is preferred.

The University of California, Irvine Medical Center is a 411-bed tertiary and quaternary care hospital with all residencies. UCIMC is a Level 1 Trauma Center in urban Orange County. Salary and rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
