Position description
The Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the University of California, Irvine invites applicants for a Postdoctoral Scholar to join Dr. Han Li's laboratory of Metabolic Engineering and Synthetic Biology. The ideal applicant will have experience in genetically engineering bacteria and yeast, protein purification, enzymatic assays, and analysis of microbial fermentation products. Good organization, communication, and ability to work in a team setting are essential qualities. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in chemical engineering, biology, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
