Position description
The Department of Computer Science has the occasional need for quarterly lecturers in the various areas of Computer Science for the Professional Master of Computer Science Program. Information on the program can be found here: http://www.cs.uci.edu/professional-master-of-computer-science/.
Each application should contain: a cover letter, curriculum vitae/resume, a description of teaching interests, available teaching evaluations and names of three references who are available to write letters of reference on short notice. In addition, a statement of applicant's contributions to diversity is required – statement addressing how your past and/or potential contributions to diversity will advance UCI's Commitment to Inclusive Excellence.
Salaries are commensurate with technical and teaching experience and/or level of education. Most appointments are for a single course, but in some cases candidates may be asked to teach more than one course.
