Position description
Postdoctoral Scholar positions are occasionally available throughout the year in the Department of Biological Chemistry. The Postdoctoral Scholar conducts research under the general oversight of a faculty mentor in preparation for a career position in academia, industry, government, or the nonprofit sector. Appointments are temporary positions with fixed end dates intended to provide a full-time program of advanced academic preparation and research training.

Qualifications
A doctoral degree (e.g., Ph.D., M.D.) or the foreign equivalent is required.
The applicant can either have their PhD at the time of the application or they could be working towards the PhD.
