Position description
The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is recruiting faculty at the Assistant, Associate, or full Professor level in the Health Sciences Clinical Professor Series for the OB/GYN Hospitalist Program. Responsibilities include teaching medical students and resident physicians, providing care to unassigned patients, assisting community physicians, and responding to obstetric and gynecologic emergencies. The successful candidate must practice up-to-date evidence-based medicine, have strong interpersonal skills, and express an interest in patient safety and system-wide improvements. Knowledge of standard obstetrics and gynecology hospital policies and protocols is preferred.

Qualifications
Candidates must possess an M.D. or D.O. degree (California licensure preferred) and have passed the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology qualifying and/or certifying exam. A demonstrated career focus in obstetrics is recommended.
