Position description
The Department of European Languages and Studies at the University of California, Irvine, anticipates hiring a lecturer to teach one or more sections of beginning and/or intermediate Italian language courses (Italian 1 and/or 2.) Appointment dates: Fall 2024: 9/23/24 - 12/13/24, Winter 2025: 1/2/25 - 3/21/25, Spring 2025: 3/26/25 - 6/13/25.
Native or near-native proficiency in Italian, and language teaching experience in a university setting.
