Position description
Researcher Series positions are occasionally available throughout the year in the Department of Physiology & Biophysics at the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine. Applications are sought from candidates with PhD or MD degree with a strong laboratory research background, publications, and specialized training in biomedical, biological sciences, or related fields.
This is an ongoing recruitment. Positions are dependent upon availability of extramural funding. Researcher Series rank will be determined based on qualifications and experience. Initial appointments are for one year and renewal will be dependent on availability of support and job performance.

Qualifications
PhD or MD degree. Applicants should have a strong laboratory research background, publications, and specialized training in biomedical sciences, biological sciences, or related fields.
