Position description
This position involves developing and applying statistical and machine learning methods for high-dimensional data analysis, causal inference, and data integration.
Required qualifications include strong foundational training in Statistics and Machine Learning; experience analyzing large-scale genomics and genetics data in Unix-based environments; advanced programming skills in R, Python, or C++; and excellent communication skills. The position involves both methodological research and collaboration with researchers across a broad range of biomedical areas. Experience with high-performance computing clusters is preferred.
Qualifications
We seek applicants with a PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a closely related field.
