Position description
The University of California, Irvine, School of Medicine, Department of Urology, expects to open positions for physicians across its divisions. These roles will be at the Assistant Professor level or higher, based on the candidate's qualifications, and will be part of the Health Sciences Clinical Series (non-tenure track).
Candidates in this series must demonstrate capabilities for teaching, professional service, and/or research.
Urology Divisions include:
General Urology, Endourology, Urologic Oncology, Female Urology, Reconstructive Urology, and Men's Health
Additional qualifications: (required at time of start)
Candidates must have a valid California medical license, fluoroscopy certificate, and a DEA license.
Candidates must have completed a Urology residency program.
Candidates must be fellowship-trained in any of the subspecialties listed above and either board-certified or board-eligible in Urology at the time of application.
The successful candidate will be responsible for clinical care of patients and supporting our mission of discover, teach, and heal at our main campus and community-based or affiliate clinical sites.
Salary and rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Qualifications
Candidates must have an MD, DO, or equivalent in health-related fields.
Candidates must be eligible for a California medical license or equivalent certification/permit, as determined by the California Medical Board.
